How to limit access to help docs for certain tags
In your knowledge base page, under each help doc site, you will see a list of their collections. You can control which collection is available for which support tickets by using tags.
Let's say you have one collection named Shoes, and another named Pants.
Click on the Shoes collection to open its settings and add the tag "shoes".
Now, this collection will only be available for tickets that contain the tag "shoes". Any conversation that doesn't have the tag "shoes" won't have access to this collection.
